Base fee:
  • This can be a sponsorship for the continental breakfast, Sunday snack, or Monday lunch. This sponsorship comes with 1 Vendor Table and an Ad.
  • Available to each vending/exhibiting company.

    Conference registration name tag. One free lunch ticket for the Monday luncheon. Additional lunches will need to be purchased for additional exhibitors. Jennifer will be present Sunday morning at the Marriott to answer any questions you may have. You may contact her ahead of time at jjensen@warren.k12.in.us .

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

  • Monday lunch sponsorship: $2,000 (We will provide you a booth and an ad in the program at no cost in appreciation of your sponsorship.)
  • Sunday snack sponsorship: $1,000 (We will provide you a booth and an ad in the program at no cost in appreciation of your sponsorship.)
  • Monday Continental breakfast sponsorship: $1,000 (We will provide you a booth and an ad in the program at no cost in appreciation of your sponsorship.)
  • Vendor booths: $250 per table on or before April 1; $275 per table on or before August 1; $300 each after August 1
  • Program ads: $75 for 1/2 page, and $125 for full page.  Please provide electronic image by October 1st to Laura LaCross at llacross@hse.k12.in.us .   
  • Donation of items for door prizes is appreciated. You will receive acknowledgement for them during the Monday luncheon.


Important Vendor Information

  • The Conference times: Sunday, November 5 ( 11am to 1pm registration & exhibit time; presentations start at 1PM and finishes 6PM EST) and Monday, November 6 (7:30AM registration & exhibit time; 8:45AM to 4PM EST presentations).
  • Set-up time: Sunday morning, beginning at 11 AM.
  • Electrical and computer needs payable directly to the hotel. 
  • Vendors wishing to present must purchase a table and complete the Speaker Proposal Form.

Available to each vending/exhibiting company.

  1. Conference registration name tag (for the first 2 exhibitors)
  2. Free parking.
  3. ONE free lunch ticket for Monday's luncheon. Additional lunch tickets may be purchased for each additional exhibitor for a discounted fee of $20.
