Sunday Plenary Session Cathy Humphreys Join us as Cathy takes us into different classrooms to observe and discuss student learning! Cathy is involved in research focusing on figuring out how to help teachers enact discourse practices that support students’ development of mathematical practices. Her interest in teaching mathematics for understanding has led to collaboration on two books: A Collection of Math Lessons for Grades 6-8 with Marilyn Burns and Connecting Mathematical Ideas with Jo Boaler.
