    SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

    • Monday lunch sponsorship: $2,000 (We will provide you a booth and an ad in the program at no cost in appreciation of your sponsorship.)
    • Sunday snack sponsorship: $1,000 (We will provide you a booth and an ad in the program at no cost in appreciation of your sponsorship.)
    • Monday Continental breakfast sponsorship: $1,000 (We will provide you a booth and an ad in the program at no cost in appreciation of your sponsorship.)
    • Vendor booths: $250 per table on or before October 1; $300 each after October 1
    • Program ads: $75 for 1/2 page, and $125 for full page.
    • Donation of items for door prizes is appreciated. You will receive acknowledgement for them during the Monday luncheon.


    Important Vendor Information

    • The Conference times: Sunday, October 20 (1PM to 6PM EST) and Monday, October 21 (8AM to 4PM EST).
    • Display Area located on the Lower Level of the hotel, accessible by elevator and escalators.
    • Set-up time: Sunday morning, beginning at 9AM.
    • Security: ICTM will provide security from 6pm Sunday until 7am Monday morning for exhibitors and vendors.
    • Specific needs such as electrical, etc. will be addressed by Ms. Julie Helmkamp, Convention Services Manager for Sheraton Hotel (317-236-2515).
    • If you have materials to be sent before you arrive, you may contact Ms. Helmkamp directly.
    • You are entitled to conference rate for hotel room reservations. When registering please ask for the Indiana Council of Teachers of Mathematics Conference room rate.
    • There are restaurants in and near the hotel area.
    • A hospitality room will be available to vendors and exhibitors.

    Available to each vending/exhibiting company.

    1. Conference registration name tag.
    2. A two day free parking pass. (if lost, you must pay the regular parking fee to the hotel).
    3. Free Continental Breakfast Monday morning located on the lower level.
    4. Two free lunch tickets for the Monday luncheon.

    Scott will be present Saturday evening at the Sheraton to answer any questions you may have. You may contact him ahead of time at sstaley@ccs.k12.in.us .

    Thank you for your interest in sharing your experiences and knowledge with Indiana teachers.  The Program Committee sent a survey to ICTM members asking for their interest areas.  Below is a list of some of the topics requested. 

    PROPOSAL DEADLINE: JUNE 15, 2013!  Please register today.

    Important Speaker Information

    • The Conference times are Sunday, October 20 (1PM to 6PM EST) and Monday, October 21 (8AM to 4PM EST).
    • All rooms will have a screen and cart with a power cord.  You will need to provide your own computer and/or projector if needed.  If you have an audio visual need that you cannot provide, please let us know on your proposal form.
    • Conference registration for the lead presenter is provided.  This includes a parking pass for two days. (If lost, you must pay the regular parking fee to the hotel.)
    • Presenters are entitled to the hotel room conference rate. When registering please ask for the Indiana Council of Teachers of Mathematics Conference room rate.

  • 2013 Fall Conference Registration

    We will share valuable information about effective instruction and information about embedding the standards for mathematical practices from the Common Core State Standards.  Sessions will have presenters from across the state, the Indiana Department of Education and also national educational leaders. Most of the presenters are current math educators who have a wealth of information and field-tested ideas to share. We also have some notable authors presenting.  A business meeting will be held Monday morning and a speaker at the luncheon on Monday.  Register today! 

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    • Online registration is open until Thursday, October 17, 2013. Click here if you want to mail in your registration ICTM Fall Registration Paper Form 2013.pdf
    • Registration fees online and "on-site" after 10/17/2013 will be $130 and $45 for Student Members.
    • Purchase Orders are accepted.
    • All materials (name tag, lunch ticket, parking ticket, program booklet) should be picked up at the registration table when you arrive.
    • ICTM annual membership is included in the regular registration fee.
    • Parking is included in the registration fee if you park in the Sheraton Parking Garage.
    • Monday luncheon is included in the registration fee.
    • Requests for sign language interpreting services must be received by October 10, 2013.
    • An agenda will be posted online once it has been finalized.
    • Cancellations will be honored within 72 hours of the conference; after that charges will be assessed.
